We were the only people there on a Saturday morning for my daughters birthday treat. She enjoyed it, unfortunately there was only one person on duty and we had to pop out to the local Tescos to get crisps, snacks and drinks as they didn’t have any 😵💫. Other than that she enjoyed singing in her own booth with Mum, Dad and little sister.
Came in for a private party, other than one member of staff who was lovely, the place was trashy and most of the staff were incredibly rude. Drinks were over priced, and considering we dropped roughly 2k for a few hours, I left incredibly disappointed with the general behaviour. If you dislike your jobs so much, find something better.
There is a very sneaky service charge added for drinks we bought at the bar (this wasn't for table service). It claims to be discretionary (in small print at the bottom of the drinks menu) but when we queried it we were told by the bar staff 'we served you so you have to pay service charge'. They were really aggressive about it. We had to involve the manager, highlighting that this wasn't legal practice, to get the service charge paid back. We didn't feel like buying any more drinks that night.
The karoake place exceeded my expectations. It was my first time doing karoake and it was a nice place with great selection of songs. The room was nice and cozy and the food was surprisingly tasty. Would recommend for a singalong outing.
Had a great time here. Gabriel and Kamilla were amazing they we’re extremely helpful and made my group and I very comfortable would definitely recommend.
So good! We booked for 2 hours and have all agreed we should have booked 3 instead. Time flew by. So much fun if you go with the right people. Had dinner at Apulia beforehand, close by. A perfect night. Strong recommendation.
Great place however rooms quite small for a very big group. Good classic song selection, nothing too niche
ALL the staff are lovely and friendly.
